Financing
Michael Dietrich, President, has coordinated and closed in excess of $1 Billion in commercial real estate loans during his career.  Loans have been coordinated with commercial banks, Life Companies, Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities lenders and joint venture partners.  The past 13 years have focused on retail projects ranging from a strip center of 15,000 s.f. up to a mixed-use town center development in excess of 1.5 Million s.f.

Acquisitions/Development
We are able to manage all stages of a project. From the pre-design phase  through construction and delivery.
